HOW DO I USE SUPER-OLI?

SUPER-OLI comes in a roller style bottle that is meant to be rubbed onto ailing areas of your skin. Whether it is fighting the signs of aging or other problem areas that you'd like to try, simply roll the bottle on the area creating a thin treating layer or SUPER-OLI. Alternatively, if you'd like to apply to your face or other areas where the ball may not be ideal, roll the bottle in small circles on your fingertips to dispense the oil allowing you to rub in with your fingers. 

CAN I INGEST SUPER-OLI?

No, SUPER-OLI is formulated for topical use only.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE PRODUCT?

9 months.

HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?

This depends on how much product you use, and with what frequency—in our experience SUPER-OLI will last 2-3 months if used according to instructions.

IS SUPER-OLI FOR ALL SKIN TYPES?

SUPER-OLI was formulated for all skin types. It is gentle enough for sensitive skin, but active enough to combat the signs of aging, deliver the right compounds to the right places and calm the most irritated of areas. However, we do recommend testing this product on a small patch of skin before normal use.

WHAT SCENT IS SUPER-OLI?

SUPER-OLI is left unscented. The natural aroma is Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

WHAT ARE THE EXACT INGREDIENTS IN SUPER-OLI?

SUPER-OLI is only Extra Virgin Olive Oil, however, that oil has been concentrated with beneficial phenolic compounds found naturally Extra Virgin Olive Oil in our lab.

ARE THE PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE?

Yes, these products are formulated without gluten.

IS THE LINE VEGAN?

Yes, these products are formulated without animal-derived ingredients.

DO THESE PRODUCTS CONTAIN PRESERVATIVES? WHAT ARE THE PRESERVATIVES USED IN THE PRODUCTS?

No, SUPER-OLI is shipped without preservatives. The product comes in a roller bottle and should be closed after each use to reduce oxidization.

HAVE THE PRODUCTS BEEN TESTED FOR SAFETY?

Yes, SUPER-OLI was tested by a third-party for safety and sensitivity testing. SUPER-OLI was applied onto a patch of skin on an adult human volunteer multiple times over the course of several weeks to confirm that no irritation occurs.

HOW CAN I TELL WHEN YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURN?

A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your return has been processed.

CAN I RETURN MERCHANDISE I PURCHASED AT A FARMERS MARKET BOOTH?

All farmers market sales are final —we’re not able to accept returns on any of these purchases.

I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT HAVEN’T HEARD BACK YET. WHY?

Oleolive, LLC is based in the USA and our hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm CST. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours, so hold tight—we’ll get back to you.

WHY AM I PAYING SALES TAX NOW WHEN I HAVEN’T ON PREVIOUS PURCHASES?

As an e-commerce company based in the USA, we are required to charge sales tax which may change over time.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. 

CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Any amendments or cancellations to orders must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email kiley@oleo.live

IS THE PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?

The jars and bottles contain glass, cardboard and plastic, and are recyclable in accordance with your local recycling service.

WHY CAN’T INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT?

For the time being, the product is available only in the US. We are working on international certification and hope to be available internationally soon.
